Admission requirements vary by programme but include a recognised undergraduate degree, academic transcripts, a completed application form, and relevant work experience where applicable. All ULBS programmes require an admission interaction.
How long does each programme take to complete?
Programme duration depends on the course of study. Most of ULBS Executive Master’s Degree programmes typically run between 12 and 24 months, while our doctoral programmes run for 36 months and allow for flexible study and research commitments
Are the programmes full-time, part-time, weekend, or online?
ULBS offers a mix of delivery formats, including part-time, weekend, and online options, depending on the programme. ULBS does not offer full-time programmes. This structure is designed to accommodate working professionals and executives without compromising academic rigour.
What is the total tuition fee, and are there flexible payment options?
Tuition fees vary by programme and are communicated clearly during the admission interaction process. Flexible payment plans may be available, allowing students to spread payments over approved instalments within the academic session.

How competitive is the admission process, and what selection criteria are used?
Admission into ULBS programmes is competitive. Selection is based on academic qualifications, professional experience, performance during the admission interaction, and the overall fit between the applicant’s goals and the programme objectives. Our Doctoral Programmes are based on the successful defence of a thesis proposal that can contribute to practice and policy.
Are the programmes accredited and recognised locally and internationally?
Yes. ULBS programmes are accredited by the National Universities Commission (NUC) and are widely recognised within Nigeria and beyond. The School maintains academic standards aligned with global best practices in business education. ULBS are also members of global accreditation bodies in business education.
